Overview

As the next-generation telephones that build on the Norstar Telephone Portfolio, the Business Series Terminals set the standard for durability, reliability and flexibility. These products can be deployed to support both the Business Communications Manager and Norstar systems with full backward-compatibility, so you can add them to your existing voice infrastructure to cost-effectively scale voice connectivity as your business grows.

The Norstar T7100 Telephone is an entry level, single-line telephone designed for public areas such as lobbies, cafeterias, hallways, break rooms or other locations where use is occasional.

The Norstar T7208 Telephone is an enhanced-level, ulti-line telephone with an integrated LCD. The Norstar T7208 is intended for moderate call volume users such as office professionals and technicals specialists.

The Norstar T7316E Telephone is a full-featured, expandable, ulti-line telephone that has a two-line, 16-character-per-line display which is menu driven and supported by three context-sensitive soft keys. The Norstar T7316E provides access to 24 memory buttons, 16 of which include multi-segment icons for fast and precise decision making. The T7316E telephone is designed for high call volume positions requiring access to extensive system features. Typical users include supervisors, managers, executives and other business professionals.

Nortel Business Series Terminal Central Answering Position (BST CAP) embodies the same high quality, flexibility and expandability you have come to expect from Nortel. It is ergonomically designed to ensure administrative assistants, receptionists and emergency contact center personnel distribute calls more efficiently.

Nortel Audio Conferencing Unit extends voice connectivity to conference rooms and offices with clarity and reliability. It includes full-duplex technology and a keypad to access all of the conferencing features available from your Norstar or Business Communications Manager system.

The Digital Mobility Handset 7440 (equivalent model numbers outside North America are 7434, 4145 and 4146) is a classic, high quality rugged handset, complete with Ingress Protection 54 classification - protection from dust and water spray - along with a unique, long list of functionalities. The Digital Mobility Handset 7440 is ideal for office, hospital and customer contact center environments.

Norstar Doorphone enables office personnel to talk directly with visitors prior to their entering a business. When a visitor presses the Call Button, the Norstar system rings the designated phone(s) in an office and allows two-way.
